The Achilles is a commanding wall fixture of imposing dimension and form. An up/down light, it throws about 80% of the light up and 20% down as a wall wash. The texture is hammered metal which can be in copper, gold, silver, bronze or any of many variations of these. Many other finishes available such as verdigris, worn gold on a black ground etc.

Copper is treated with a special acid to induce a greater aged effect with colors of green and green/blue overlaying some visible copper. Again, this is a natural and somewhat random effect, one of the virtues of the acid finish.
