| This dramatic
sconce has a random pattern of colored glass confetti in green, pink and
blue with dark streamers hot rolled into a milk-white glass base. Ask for
a sample. This is one of the nicest glasses made in the world today,
expensive and in limited supply.
The light pours up and down the wall for an interesting wash while projecting through the translucent glass, emphasizing the wonderful patterns and texture of the glass. Please note: these handmade glasses are somewhat variable. If you request it, I can send you a photo by email of the actual glass we will use since each run of this glass does vary a bit. Please remember that the glass looks a bit different with the light off than with the light on, as you would expect. Halogen bulbs will make the glass have a cooler spectrum, incandescents a warmer one. Bullseye makes its glass one sheet at a time so expect some variation. We will be happy to send you a sample for your consideration. Photographing glass is difficult although we think we have done a pretty good job of it. Note the interesting mottling which appears even in the clear sections. This is really impressive glass. Please call for a small sample so you can see the glass for yourself. |
