Our Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return them to us within 30 days for exchange or refund. All our products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for three years.
Because all our lighting products are made to order, all returns are reviewed for approval on a case by case basis. Returned products may be subject to a restocking fee after 30 days.
Prior to returning an item, please call us at 800-497-3891 for a return authorization number. The item must be returned to us in the original shipping box, properly packed and fully insured for its replacement value.
Returns and/or exchanges must be requested within thirty days of receipt of the product.
Items to be returned after a thirty day grace period will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
